1. Data controller

The data controller for personal data collected on score-darts.com is PI2. For any request regarding your personal data, please use our contact form.

2. Data we collect

User account (optional): email and display name. Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt), we never have access to the plain-text password.

Game data: games, scores, volley history, statistics. Attached to your account if you have one, otherwise stored locally in your browser.

Technical data: basic access logs (IP, user-agent), anonymised analytics via Plausible (no tracking cookies, no third-party sharing).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to provide the online darts scoring service (legal basis: contract execution) and to improve the product (legal basis: legitimate interest).

4. Local storage

Some data (in-progress volley, UI preferences) is stored in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device and is deleted when you clear the site's data.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell or share your personal data for commercial or advertising purposes. Technical processors: Supabase (database hosting, EU), Vercel (web hosting, EU/US with standard contractual clauses).

6. Retention period

User account: until deletion by you, or 3 years of inactivity. Game history: same. Technical logs: 6 months maximum.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access, rectification, deletion, portability or restriction of processing of your personal data at any time. Contact us via our contact form. We reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to file a complaint with your national data protection authority.

8. Account deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, send us your request via our contact form from your account email address. Deletion is effective within 30 days.
